Orders are usually processed within 1 - 3 business days.

It usually takes 5-10 business days for you to receive your order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Because I wish to give you the fastest service possible, you only have 24 hours to cancel your order.

I allow 7 days to return a product. No product is to be returned used or damaged in any way. If you wish to return a product or cancel an order please send an email to cherie@freedomswindstore.com with all the details and I will get back to you as soon as possible by email or phone.

Earrings are not refundable, for hygienic reasons I will not accept any returns of earrings.

I will make sure they are perfect before shipping and I will pack them properly to ensure a safe arrival.

A: All products are priced in US Dollars.

Q: I am Canadian, how do I pay in Canadian Dollars??

A: If you are Canadian please email me your order and shipping address. I will email you with the Grand total ( Taxes, shipping ). Upon your approval, I will send you an invoice in Canadian dollars through Paypal!

Q: How many gift certificates can I use per order?

A: One! I only accept 1 gift certificate per order!
